Definition

Tetris

/ teh-tris / · noun

A game of fitting the right piece into the right place, under pressure, one move at a time. The longer you play, the calmer you get and the more the whole board makes sense.

Jiu-Jitsu is a puzzle you solve with your body.

Size and strength don't decide a roll. Leverage, timing and problem-solving do. At Tetris, every class is structured, beginner-friendly and taught step by step, so the pieces start fitting together from your very first night on the mat.
